This skid plate is a direct-fit application for the following vehicles:

• 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL — All trims including Sport, Sport S, Sahara, Rubicon, Willys, Freedom, and 4xe (2-door and 4-door Unlimited)
• 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT — All trims including Sport, Overland, Rubicon, High Altitude, and Mojave (see exclusion below)

⚠ Important Compatibility Notes:

• Does NOT work with the ADD PRO Bolt-On Front Bumper (Part # F978122130103)
• Does NOT fit Jeep Gladiator Mojave models
• Compatible with all other ADD front bumpers and most aftermarket front bumpers
• Also compatible with the factory OEM front bumper (after removal of the lower splash guard)

Is this skid plate compatible with my aftermarket front bumper? Yes — this skid plate bolts directly to the lower frame rails and is designed to work with virtually all ADD front bumpers and most aftermarket front bumpers. The only exception is the ADD PRO Bolt-On Front Bumper (F978122130103).

Does this fit the Jeep Gladiator Mojave? No — the Mojave model uses a different front suspension setup and is not compatible with this skid plate.

Installation

The ADD Sway Bar Skid Plate is a fully bolt-on design that utilizes your Jeep's existing factory mounting locations on the lower frame rails — no cutting or welding required. All necessary mounting hardware, brackets, and instructions are included in the kit. Installation is rated at an intermediate skill level (2 out of 5), with an estimated completion time of approximately 1–2 hours using basic hand tools (16mm and 17mm sockets, impact driver). On some model years, minor hole widening using a drill may be required to install the provided riv-nuts, but no additional drilling locations are needed beyond the factory holes already present on the frame rail. Professional installation is not required but is recommended if you are unfamiliar with undercarriage work.
