The Rugged Ridge AmFib High Mount Snorkel Extension (Part No. 17756.36) converts your existing AmFib Low Mount Snorkel (Part No. 17756.35) into a full-height snorkel system, raising the air intake to roofline level for maximum water crossing protection. Designed specifically for 2018–2023 Jeep Wrangler JL and 2020–2023 Gladiator JT models with the 2.0L turbo or 3.6L Pentastar V6.

Unlike aftermarket snorkels that require drilling, cutting, or permanent body modifications, the AmFib system uses a modular, no-drill design that follows factory body lines. The extension bolts onto the existing low-mount base and can be installed or removed in minutes — so you can run the high-mount configuration for trail days and revert to the low-mount for daily driving.

Not compatible with: 6.4L V8 (392), 3.0L EcoDiesel, or right-hand drive models.

Important

This is the high-mount extension only — it is not a standalone snorkel. The AmFib Low Mount Snorkel (Part No. 17756.35) must be purchased separately and installed first. The low-mount snorkel provides the fender-mounted air intake base that the high-mount extension connects to.
